You have the right to return the products you bought, within 14 days from the date of receipt, always with the original purchase document (receipt, invoice), while after this deadline, you lose all relevant rights.
The Customer must return the product exactly in the excellent condition it received, not used, and be in its full original packaging, which should not have tears and damage.
In case of return, the customer is charged with the return costs, plus the costs of the initial shipment.
- They are not returned custom-made contact lenses, i.e. astigmatic, multifocal, and hyperopic.
- They are not returned the eyepieces that have been made and placed according to your grades.
In case of a defective product, the customer is obliged to inform us within the day of receipt of the product, or the next working day, by any appropriate means.
The store reserves the right to diagnose the product as defective by competent technicians.
It is emphasized that the difference in color or size between the product and the photo is not considered a defect, and may be due to the lighting conditions during the photo shoot, the brightness of your screen or the type of device.
In case we sent you the wrong item, we send you the right one and we bear all the shipping costs of both the old and the new product.
