Returns policy

You have the right to return the products you purchased within 14 days from the date of receipt, as long as we are informed within 24 hours of receiving the package, always with the original purchase document (receipt, invoice), while after this deadline, you lose any relevant rights.
The Customer must return the product in exactly the same excellent condition as received, unused, and in its complete original packaging, which should not have any tears or damage.
In case of return, the customer is responsible for the return costs, plus the costs of the original shipment.
-Non-refundable contact lenses that have been specially ordered, namely astigmatic, multifocal, and hyperopic lenses.
-Non-refundable ophthalmic lenses that have been manufactured and fitted according to your grades.
In the event of a defective product, the customer is obliged to inform us within the day of receipt of the product, or the next business day, by any appropriate means.
The store reserves the right to have the product diagnosed as defective by competent technicians.
It is emphasized that the difference in color or size between the product and the photo is not considered a defect, and may be due to the lighting conditions during photography, the brightness of your screen, or the type of your device.
In the event that we sent you the wrong item, we will send you the correct one and cover all shipping costs for both the old and new product.
